Black Jack Farm was established in 1992 but Janine (fourth generation) and her partner Christopher, began breathing new life into the family business in 2021. They have been raising sheep, turkey and chicken on pasture using rotational grazing methods to improve the soil and forages, while producing high quality, ethical meats for the community.
